JustSales is a recruitment and talent placement platform that connects sales professionals with businesses, including international employers.

We act as an intermediary between candidates and clients and do not employ candidates directly unless explicitly stated.


3. No Guarantee of Placement or Hiring

While we strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities and provide businesses with quality talent:

  • We do not guarantee employment, placement, or job offers for candidates
  • We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or availability of candidates for clients
  • Final hiring decisions remain solely with the client

4. Candidate Submissions and Consent

By submitting your information to JustSales, including your CV and any supporting documentation, you agree that:

  • Your personal information may be shared with prospective employers for recruitment purposes
  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
  • Submission of your information does not guarantee employment

You further acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using JustSales agree that:

  • All job descriptions and requirements provided are accurate and lawful
  • They will comply with all applicable employment and labour laws
  • They are solely responsible for hiring decisions, contracts, and employment terms offered to candidates

6. Placement Fees and Terms

By engaging JustSales to source or introduce candidates, clients agree to the following:

  • Placement Fee: A placement fee will be charged for any candidate successfully hired as a result of an introduction made by JustSales. This includes direct or indirect introductions.
  • Definition of Introduction: An introduction includes any candidate profile, CV, or information shared by JustSales, whether through email, platform, or any other communication channel.
  • Hire Period: If a client hires a candidate introduced by JustSales within 12 months of the initial introduction, the placement fee remains payable.
  • Fee Agreement: Specific fee percentages or amounts will be agreed upon in writing prior to engagement or placement.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due within the agreed timeframe as stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest where legally permissible.
  • Replacement Policy (Optional): Where agreed in writing, JustSales may offer a replacement candidate within a specified period. This does not constitute a refund and is subject to terms agreed with the client.
  • No Circumvention: Clients agree not to directly or indirectly engage, hire, or refer candidates introduced by JustSales without fulfilling their payment obligations.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to ensure the accuracy of information on our Website and within our services, we make no representations or warranties that:

  • Candidate information is fully verified or error-free
  • Job listings are complete, accurate, or current

Use of any information is at your own risk.


8. Third-Party Links and External Opportunities

  • Endorse third-party websites or employers
